The 77th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Premier Bank Limited was held on Wednesday (March 10, 2010) at its Head Office, Banani, Dhaka. Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal, honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Premier Bank Limited presided over the meeting.

Among others, the honorable Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors B.H. Haroon (MP), Directors Abdus Salam Murshedy, Shafiqur Rahman, Nawrin Iqbal, Md. Imran Iqbal, Shaila Shelly Khan, Md. Masud Zaman, Md. Lutfur Rahman, Moin Iqbal, Md. Imran Iqbal, Shah Md. Nahyan Haroon, Kazi Abdul Mazid along with Managing Director of the Bank Niaz Habib, Additional Managing Directors Abu Haniff Khan, Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Mohammad Abu Musa, Deputy Managing Director S M Shamsul Alam & Company Secretary Syed Ahsan Habib were also present in the meeting.

The meeting also discussed on up-coming AGM and reviewed some important issues & their implementation in due course
