The International Division is looking after Correspondent Banking Relationships, Treasury Back Office and International Trade Settlement. In order to smooth global operation of international business we have correspondent banking relationship with 430 foreign banks around the globe and maintain 19 Nostro accounts in 9 currencies to service our customers. Bank is providing the facility of Letters of Credit, handling of Import Bills, issue of Shipping Guarantees, acceptance of Bills, financing of Imports. Advising of Export Letters of Credit, Confirmation of Letters of Credit, Assistance in preparation of Export documents, Negotiation of Letters of Credit, Handling Export bills on Collections, Purchase/Discount of Export bills, Pre-shipment facilities are extended for both domestic and foreign trade. The requirement of letters of guarantee, Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Bonds for infrastructure projects in Bangladesh, participating in tenders or any other need basis, could be channeled through us for speedy delivery at competitive tariffs.
