The Yearly Management Conference-2010 of The Premier Bank Limited was held on 9th January , 2010 at Hotel Westin ( level -1) . Dr. H.B.M Iqbal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank graced the occasion as Chief Guest while the Vice Chairman B. H. Haroon, MP was present as Special Guest. The Managing Director (Current Charge) Niaz Habib presided over the conference. Director's Abdus Salam Murshedy. Md. Lutfor Rahman, Shah Md. Nahyan Haroon, Kazi Abdul Mazid, Additional Managing Director Abu Haniff Khan, Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Mohammad Adu Musa, Deputy Managing Director S M Shamsul Alam, all Branch Managers along with all Division Heads were the key participants on the occasion.

Dr. H B M lqbal, Chairman of the Bank in his speech expressed his satisfaction over the efforts and achievement of the Bank, He stressed on increasing efforts and skill of the bankers to provide best services to the customers. He urged the Managers to work with confidence under a friendly environment induced by the government, He also advised them to look for new opportunities, diversify business areas and downsize unnecessary cost to play role on the national economy He declared the year 2010 as "The premier year”.

Mr. B H Haroon MP, Vice Chairman of the bank spoke as special guest, Mr. Haroon directed the Managers to be sincere and honest in every moment which is the key weapon to ensuring highest ethical standard in work place, He thanked the Branch Managers for the success of 2009.

Speaking on the occasion, Kazi Abdul Mazid, Director of the Bank delivered some invaluable guidance to the Managers. He urged them to be very professional in the working place, He advised them to follow Bangladesh Bank guidelines to implement Basel-2. He also demanded full support of the bank officers to make the bank successful.

Mr, Niaz Habib, Managing Director (current charge) expressed his satisfaction over the Performance of the Bank in 2009. He urged the Managers to keep up the spirits to sustain the ongoing progress of the Bank. He pointed to retail banking services and also financing of Small & Medium Enterprises as a means to achieving the goal. He expressed his commitment to provide the customers with new and diversified products and services so as to beat the challengers in the market.
