Bonus Shares for 2007 & 2008 credited to BO Accounts
This is for kind information of all concerned that 7% Stock Dividend (i.e. Bonus Shares) for the year 2007 and 24% Stock Dividend (i.e. Bonus Shares) for the year 2008 as approved in the Bank's 9th & 10th AGM held on 20.04.2009 have already been credited to the respective Beneficiary Owners' (BO) Accounts of the Shareholders through Central Depository System on 27.05.2009 (based on record date 05.06.2008) and 02.06.2009 (based on record date 25.03.2009) respectively.
