Premier Bank holds valued clients' get-together
The Management of The Premier Bank Limited arranged a get-together ceremony of valued clients accompanied by local officials and business personalities at Narayanganj Club on 8th March, 2006 at 7.30 p.m.. Bangladesh Bank's Deputy Governor Md. Nazrul Huda was present in the meeting as Chief Guest. Dr. H.B.M Iqbal, Chairman of the Premier Bank Limited was present in the occassion as the special guest. B. H. Haroon, Vice Chairman and Chairman, the Board Audit Committee and Abu Haniff Khan, Managing Director were also present at the auspicious moment.While speaking the Chief Guest Md. Nazrul Huda expressed deep satisfaction about the performance of the Bank and pointed out the fact that Premier Bank has excelled in ascertaining state-of -the -art technology in banking operation. He added that the Bank has set out a benchmark for technological excellence in the field of online banking. He also spoke about the country's Macro Economy condition. Dr .H.B.M Iqbal said that in order to ensure quick and quality services to the customers, Premier Bank has set up a fully computerized operating system and introduced Online integrated banking and SWIFT services at the branches. With the development of information Technology in recent years and in order to provide additional services to the customers Bank is going to launch Debit Card, Internet Banking etc very soon, he added. He also assured the valued clients to give more better services in the coming days. Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Abu Haniff Khan said "We have 21(Twenty One) branches now including 02 (Two) Islami Banking Branches in Dhaka and Sylhet and have planned to open few more branches in prime locations of the country". Mr. Hainff also said, the bank has introduced a number of Customers-Friendly Savings and Credit Schemes. He requested audiences to open their account with Premier Bank and take highest business facilities with cordial and fast services. A colorful cultural program was held after the get-together.
