The Premier Bank Limited, one of the Best Third Generation Banks in Bangladesh inaugurated a new product named “Premier TC” on June 21, 2010 through an unveiling ceremony to ease overseas tours hassle free and convenient for the travelers. On the launching ceremony of this product, Premier Bank arranged a “Press Conference” at a local hotel where introduction of this new product was presented before the journalists.
 
In the introduction ceremony of Premier TC, it was focused that Premier TC is a VISA Prepaid Card which can be used as replacement of Travelers’ Cheque and it is a combination of various amenities. This card will be denominated in US Dollar and available at all branches of Premier Bank throughout the Country which will turn foreign trip completely stress-free and convenient. A traveler can load his/her Premier TC with foreign currency in Bangladesh which will give the facility to use the card 24-hour during their overseas trip. Moreover, Premier TC can be used to withdraw cash in local currency from over 1 million VISA ATMs throughout the world and purchase at over 27 million Merchants/POS which accepts VISA Flag cards. This Card will be available through Branches of Premier Bank, Card Division, Head Office and selected Travel Agents.

Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal, Ex-MP, Freedom Fighter and Honorable Chairman of the Bank was present on the occasion as Chief Guest. Among others Mr. B.H. Haroon, MP & Vice Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Naimul Islam Khan, Editor of the “Daily Amader Shomoy” and Mr. Shamol Datta, Editor of the “Daily Vorer Kagos” ware also present as special guest. Besides, Directors of the Bank Mr. Kazi Abdul Mazid, Mr. Shah Md. Nahyan Haroon, Mr. Md. Masud Zaman, Managing Director Mr. Niaz Habib, Additional Managing Directors Mr. Abu Haniff Khan & Mr.  Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Head of Card Division Mr. Adil Raihan and High Oficials of the Banks were also present on the occasion.
